Dutch Legend Ready to Win AFCON with Super Eagles like Clemens Westerhof

The Nigeria Football Federation are yet to decide on whether to renew the contract of Jose Peseiro or to allow the Portuguese to go with indigenous Coaches like Finidi George, Emmanuel Amuneke and Ladan Bosso in the news in that regard.

A new name has emerged with the latest news from OwngoalNigeria reporting that ex-Cameroon Coach Clarence Seedorf has shown interest in the Super Eagles job.

The legendary former AC Milan midfielder is ready to replace Jose Peseiro and has promised to continue with the Dutch legacy created by Clemens Westerhof in the Golden Era of Nigerian football.

It must be recalled that Nigeria won the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations and also qualified and performed well in the FIFA World Cup same year.

The next assignment of José Peseiro or any prospective successor is to win the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations for Nigeria.
