2022 WAFCON: Super Falcons show class in vital win over Botswana

By Emmanuel Oladele - The Super Falcons of Nigeria on Thursday showed why they are the most successful team in Africa as they beat the Botswana National Women's Team by 2-0 in the ongoing 2022 Women Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The Nigerian side dominated the entire game, scoring a goal in each half to complete a 2-0 beating of Botswana. Goals from Ifeoma Onumonu in the 21st minute and Christy Ucheibe in the 48th minute made the difference. Ifeoma Onumonu connected well to Halimatu Ayinde through pass to get the first goal for the Super Falcons of Nigeria, while Christy Ucheibe powerful header from Toni Payne corner kick doubled Nigeria's lead in the game.
