Results of Super Eagles Last Three Competitive Games and Details of Next Fixture against São Tomé and Principe

By Emmanuel Oladele - The Super Eagles of Nigeria need to up their games even with the introduction of a new head coach. The results of the Super Eagles last three competitive games has not been convincing, the Nigerian National Side recorded just a win, and two draws in their last three competitive games.

The first two games before the Sierra Leone were against Ghana in the World Cup Qualifiers, they played a 0-0 draw in Kumasi and a 1-1 draw at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja, the two fixtures shattered Nigeria dreams of featuring in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar after losing to Ghana on away goals' rule.

The game against Sierra Leone which was the Eagles last game, though the Jose Peseiro led side won by 2-1 but the victory not convincing enough. Peseiro has brought some level of leadership and discipline to the team which has improved the team on one side. It's obvious that the new manager is committed to the team and could bring a turnaround to the team's performance. See Results of Super Eagles last three games below;

Super Eagles of Nigeria new coach Jose Peseiro will hope for improvement when his side face São Tomé and Principe in an 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Qualification Game on Monday 13th June at 14:00 (Nigeria Time). The game will hold at the Stade Adrar in Morocco.
