Photos: Governor Sanwo-Olu hosts Super Eagles Players and Officials in Lagos on Wednesday

By Emmanuel Oladele - The Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu received the players and officials of the Nigeria National Football Team (Super Eagles) at the State Government House in Lagos on Wednesday.

The Governor took to his official Twitter handle to celebrate the Super Eagles visit to the State House. According Mr Sanwo-Olu, "We held a reception for our dear Super Eagles at the State House in Lagos as they prepare for their AFCON Qualifiers."

"Football is a national treasure for us as Nigerians and Lagos has historically favoured the Super Eagles so we wished them well with prayers and good cheer."
