Chelsea reportedly want Bundesliga Winger dubbed 'the new Arjen Robben'

The 17-year-old German is dubbed the next Arjen Roben because of his dribbling skills, ball control and speed.

Bundesliga side Schalke 04 are favourite to sign the Starlet.
