God Of Nigerians Have Answered: Ikechukwu Ezenwa Will Guard The Net Against Cameroon

FC Ifeanyi Ubah goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa will be in goal for Nigeria in the double header in coming days against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.

Ezenwa won the heart of Nigerians after stopping a spot-kick in the CHAN qualifier against Benin Republic few weeks ago.

With the relatively poor performance of second choice goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi who was in goal against South Africa as Carl Ikeme was excused due to health issue,
Nigerians were praying and hoping that Coach Gernot Rohr will pass the Baton to either young Dele Alampasu or Ikechukwu Ezenwa.

Meanwhile, former Golden Eaglets Goalkeeper, Dele Ajiboye has been called-up to the Super Eagles Camp as emergency replacement for the injured Chippa United goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi.

'Ajiboy' has been fantastic with the NPFL Champions elect Plateau United.
