The Premier league champions are in the transfer market to reinforce their squad as they will be competing in UEFA Champions League and other cup competitions in the upcoming season. Arsenal are reportedly ready to accept any offer close to around £25million as the England international's future at the Emirates has been thrown into doubt as he has just 12 months left on his current contract.

The 23-year-old started just 16 Premier League matches last season and a host of league rivals including Chelsea are keeping close tabs. The player, who has just one year left on his contract, is also understood to be wanted by Liverpool and Manchester City. Oxlade excelled as a wing back at the latter part of last season and wrapped it up with an FA cup title.
