In Matchday 4 of the Nigeria National League (NNL), it was another brilliant moment and a moment to celebrate for the Omoluabi Boys as they proved their supremacy over visiting Forces from Delta State with a 1-0 victory, thanks to 20th minute Victor Okeji incredible wonder strike.
Okeji's wonder strike in the 20th minute of first half through a perfect cross from Tosin Omoyele left Delta Force FC goalkeeper Isah Ismail with no option. It was a clash of Warriors as Delta Force FC were also up to the task.
In the remaining minutes of the encounter, Delta Force top players tried to force their way into the net of Osun United as top players of the side continue to mount pressure on Omoluabi's defence. Efforts from Delta Force attack featuring stars like Hamza Sani, Buchi Ogu, Onyeamobi Kingsley and Yomi Olaoke were not enough to bring Delta Force back into the game.
Osun United have so far maintained a 100% home record this season, defeating Bendel Insurance and Delta Force.
Udi side now have 6 points from 4 matches, winning two at home and losing two away from home to Bayelsa United and Crown FC of Ogbomosho in week 1 and 3 respectively.
