Iheanacho Must Leave Manchester City

Kelechi Iheanacho has suffered enough under Manager Pep Guardiola.

The Former Barcelona tactician came on board and didn't allow Iheanacho to represent Nigeria U-23 at the Olympics because of Pre-Season. The player started the season on good note with 6goals and 3assists as second fiddle to Aguero not forgetting his goal and assist against Manchester United. At that point in time, Iheanacho scored the winners for Nigeria against Tanzania and Zambia. Suddenly, he bought Gabriel Jesus (A guy that played the Olympics) as second choice striker.

Pep teams play 4-3-3 which city players are yet to master but he has given multiple opportunities to Sterling, Sane, Aguero, Stones, Bravo and others even when they commit mistakes.

Manuel Pellegrini gave Iheanacho opportunities as deputy to Aguero and the youngster did well by scoring 14goals (Only Aguero and KDB had more) last season.

The impact of the match rustiness and lack of trust was seen against Senegal where Iheanacho failed to put many chances away and rumour has it that Iheanacho has been going through the routines of Special drills but training is different from game time. "I don’t have to worry about that. All I need to worry about is keep working, keep doing well and keep improving every day, that’s all I need to do, ” the 20-year-old striker said in an interview on BBC World Service.

“Sergio and Gabriel are really really great players that we need in our team and I’m happy playing alongside with them.”

Transfer Rumours have linked him with a move to Dortmund and Hoffenheim while some are saying the management are thinking about loaning him to Clubs like Everton, Bournemouth, Newcastle and probably Hull city because of their style of play. 55minutes of club football this year is very poor for a player that need regular playing time to Polish his raw talent.

“This is football and of course they are going to say so many things because they don’t know what’s going on in our team and everything ,” Iheanacho also said.

“Of course they are going to bring their opinion and say all sort of things but we don’t have to look at that."
"I have to keep working hard and keep doing our thing.” A loan or Permanent move will do Iheanacho Kelechi Promise lot of good as the FIFA World Cup is fast approaching because it does seem the manager don't rate him.
