Bayer Leverkusen's Victor Boniface scores in Bundesliga clash against VfL Bochum 1848 after International Break

Bayer Leverkusen's Victor Boniface grabbed a superb goal in German Bundesliga Matchday 27 against VfL Bochum 1848 in the 60th minute of the encounter with a brilliant tap-in goal to give Alonso's side the lead after Felix Passlack goal in the 26th minute already level the game for VfL Bochum, as Aleix García 20th minute strike put Leverkusen ahead earlier in the game. 

In the 87th minute of the game, Moroccan International Amine Adli doubled Leverkusen lead to take the scoreline to 3-1, give the host a comfortable lead, and Leverkusen eventually won the game by 3-1 scoreline.

Nigerian forward Victor Boniface scored another goal toward the end of the game but was later disallowed.

Victor Boniface was a second half substitute in the recent Super Eagles 1-1 draw with Zimbabwe, replacing Osimhen in the 87th minute. Recall, the Nigerian International has not scored for the national team since he joined the team, but has been fantastic for his club Bayer Leverkusen.
