CHAN Qualifiers Showdown: Ghana vs Nigeria – Super Eagles B Unveil Star-Studded Squad Featuring Rabiu Ali, Sikiru Alimi, and Waliu Ojetoye

The much-anticipated clash between Ghana’s Black Galaxies and Nigeria’s Super Eagles B team is set to take center stage this Sunday in Accra. Stand-in Head Coach Daniel Ogunmodede has named an 18-man squad featuring a blend of experienced players and promising talents, including Ikorodu City captain Waliu Ojetoye, NPFL legend Rabiu Ali, and Remo Stars forward Sikiru Alimi.

The squad also includes wing-back Sadiq Ishmael, center-back Stephen Manyo, midfielders Musa Zayyad and Jide Fatokun, and forwards Anas Yusuf and Sikiru Alimi. These players will be key to Nigeria's efforts to secure a favorable result in the first leg of the CHAN qualifiers.

The return leg is scheduled to take place at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Saturday, 28th December. The winner on aggregate will earn a spot at the 8th African Nations Championship, set to be held in Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda from 1st to 28th February, 2025.
