The Sierra Leone national football team, known as the Leone Stars, has touched down in Ndola in preparation for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Zambia. Arriving at 11:55 hours Zambia Time aboard an Ethiopian Airlines flight, the team has settled into their base at the Protea Hotel.
The crucial clash will see Sierra Leone face off against the Chipolopolo on Tuesday at 21:00 hours local time. The match will take place at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, setting the stage for an exciting encounter as both teams vie for a spot in the Morocco 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
