Nigerian sprint sensation Praise Idamadudu has showcased her exceptional talent at the NAIA Outdoor Championships held in Indiana, leaving a trail of impressive performances in her wake.
In the women's 400m final, Idamadudu delivered a stellar performance, clocking a new Personal Best (PB) of 52.15 seconds to claim victory. Her remarkable feat saw her triumph over formidable competition, including Nikiwe Mongwe of South Africa, who also achieved a PB of 52.68 seconds.
Not content with just one triumph, Idamadudu returned to the track an hour later to compete in the 200m final, where she once again proved her dominance. Crossing the finish line in 23.05 seconds (+2.4), Idamadudu secured the title, building on her impressive PB of 22.81 seconds set in the heats.
Adding to the Nigerian success story at the championships, Joy Abu emerged as the 100m Champion, clocking a swift time of 11.40 seconds (+2.7).
