Grace Oshiokpu set a new Personal Best (PB) of 13.40m (+1.7) on her final attempt in the women's Triple Jump at the NCAA West Prelims, adding 30cm to her previous best. This impressive performance secures her spot at the NCAA Championships. Oshiokpu will head to the NCAAs as Nigeria's only female athlete in the horizontal jumps.

Meanwhile, Chidozie Kalu from Virginia Tech also advanced in the men's Triple Jump, achieving a leap of 15.79m (+0.7) at the East Regionals.
Both athletes have demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, earning their places at the prestigious NCAA Championships.
