Cape Verde is in Group B alongside Mozambique, Ghana and Egypt. Cape Verde will open their 2023 AFCON Campaign with a game against Ghana on January 14th before facing Mozambique and Egypt in their two remaining group games. The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations will hold between 13th January to 11th February, 2024 in Côte d'Ivoire.
