The attention of the Nigeria National League (NNL) has been drawn to the above titled write up purportedly signed by me, Amar Ignis.
NNL wishes to categorically state, that the publication did not emanate from the office of it's Media and Communications Department, and that its Head media & Communications, Mr. Amar Ignis did not authorize or signed the the write up.
The write up is a complete falsehood and a deliberate attempt by mischief makers to discredit the good causes of the new NNL Board led by Mr. George Aluo.
NNL also seriously frowns at the charade of discrediting the genuine steps of the Nigeria Football Federation in reshaping all the leagues in Nigeria.
It is therefore a big disgrace that such individuals or group of persons can descend so low to disparage the NNL and Nigeria Football at large.
The public is hereby notified to disregard such misleading and evil machination of enemies of Nigeria Football.
Those mischief makers are hereby advised to retrace their steps. The NNL will surely trace the source of this evil act and will deal with those involved accordingly.
Meanwhile, all 40 (Forty) NNL Clubs are hereby reminded that the proposed Nigeria National League Annual General Assembly (AGA) will hold on 29th September, 2023 as earlier scheduled in Jos, Plateau State.
