Fatai Osho return to Rivers United barely three days after parting ways with the Club

On Monday morning, Rivers United FC of Portharcourt Chief Coach Fatai Osho took to his social media page to announce his resignation at the club, though he never revealed any reason for parting ways with Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Champions. "I resigned my position as the Chief Coach of Rivers United FC, best wishes to the team," Osho revealed on Monday morning.

Barely three days after Osho's resignation, the former Enyimba Technical Adviser through same medium, announced that he's going back to the team he parted ways with three days ago. "Going back to the family Rivers United FC. Off to Jos," Osho posted on his social media page.

The coach has also travelled to Jos to meet the team where they will trade tackles with Lobi Stars today in NPFL matchday 11 at the New Jos Stadium. The reason for his return is still unknown.

Fatai Osho joined the Rivers State's owned team last season and won the league title alongside Stanley Eguma the team's manager.
