Asisat Oshoala nets Hat-trick as FC Barcelona Femení thrash Levante Las Planas

By Emmanuel Oladele - Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala on Wednesday scored a hat-trick in FC Barcelona Feminí 7-0 demolition of Levante Las Planas in the Spanish Femení Primera División Matchday 16.

Oshoala hit the back of the net in the 25th, 57th and 63rd minute respectively to complete her matchday 16 hat-trick. Meanwhile, Ana Crnogorcevic scored a brace, and a goal each from Barcelona duo of Vicky López and Mariona Caldentey, were enough to complete the 7-0 demolition of Levante Las Planas at the Estadi Johan Cruyff on Wednesday. The Nigerian International hat-trick against Levante Las Planas has made her the fourth top scorer in FC Barcelona Femení history with 95 goals. Meanwhile Barcelona have now extended their unbeaten run in the league this season to 15 games, and have also become the first football team to win 50 consecutive league games.

FC Barcelona Femení now sit comfortably at the top of Spanish Femení Primera División with 45 points, and seven points clear of, second placed Levante.
