Super Falcons arrives Kobe for Japan Friendly

By Emmanuel Oladele - The Super Falcons delegation from Nigeria have arrived the Kobe City of Japan, the venue where the Super Falcons of Nigeria will trade tackles with Japan National Women's Team in an international friendly slated for Thursday 6th October, 2022, at Noevir Stadium.

The team arrived Kobe around 7:00PM Japan Time (11:00AM Nigeria Time) on Monday. The team's media officer Oluchi Tobechukwu confirmed the update on her social media page in a post which reads as follows; "Super Falcons: We have arrived Kobe city, Japan our match destination a little past 7pm on Monday.

It was a long journey but was worth it. We would be playing the Japanese women's team on the 6th as we get ready for the world cup."

On arrival, the team has also been joined by Portugal based duo of Peace Efi and Christy Onyenaturuchi Ucheibe.

The Thursday friendly with the 2011 World Champions Japan will kick off at 8:25AM Nigeria Time.
