Colombia beat Nigeria's Flamingos on Penalties to reach 2022 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup Final

The Colombia U17 National Women's Football Team beat Nigeria's Flamingos 6-5 on penalties in the semi-final of 2022 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup in India to reach the final.

After 0-0 scoreline in the regular time, the game went straight to penalty Shootout, Flamingos Goalkeeper Chikamso Jiwuaku saved Yesica Paola Muñoz Rojas' penalty which was the third for the Colombians. Nigeria was at advantage to score the fifth penalty and emerge winners, but Josephine Edafe kick hit the woodwork, another miss from Comfort Folorunsho ended the Flamingos hope of playing in the final for the first time.
