CAFCL: Plateau United set to depart Nigeria for Tunisia

By Emmanuel Oladele - Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side Plateau United will depart the shore of Nigeria later today for Tunisia. The team will take on Tunisian side Esperance on Saturday 15th October, 2022 in the CAF Champions League second preliminary round second leg game.

Plateau United also confirmed their departure update on their official social media page in a post which reads as follows; "✈️The lads are at the departure lounge of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Abuja as they get set to fly out to 🇹🇳Tunisia via 🇹🇷Istanbul tonight.

The second leg against Esperance will hold at the Olympic Stadium in Rades on Saturday.
