2022 FIFA U17 WWC: Vicky López two late goals sink Japan, fire Spain to the semi-final

By Emmanuel Oladele - Spain U17 National Women's Team on Saturday defeated their Japanese counterparts to progress to the semi-final of the ongoing 2022 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup in India, Vicky López scored two late goals that got Japan eliminated and fired the Spain to the semi-final.

Spain had it so late to earn their semi-final ticket after Japan had taken the lead in the 66th via Momoko Tanikawa strike, but Vicky López two late goals in the 87th and 93rd minutes revived the hope of the determined Spaniards and they are through to the semi-final. See details below;
