2022 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup: Results of Two Semi-final Games played on Wednesday

By Emmanuel Oladele - Two semi-final games of the ongoing 2022 FIFA U17 Women's World were played on Wednesday at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Margao, India.

In the first semi-final, Colombia beat Nigeria by 6-5 on penalties after the game ended 0-0 at regular time. Colombia have now advanced to the final, while Nigeria will play in the third place.

In the second semi-final game, Spain defeated Germany by 1-0, late strike from from Corrales Álvarez in the 90th minute fired the Spaniards to the final. Spain are also through to the final, while Germany will play in the third place.
