By Emmanuel Oladele - Lagos based Nigeria National League side Vandrezzer FC have confirmed that they have terminated the contract of their head coach Henry Makinwa by mutual consent. Meanwhile, his assistant, Yemi Olanrewaju has been appointed as the interim head coach of the Team.
The club confirmed the update on their official Facebook page in a post which reads as follows; "Vandrezzer Football Club confirms that the contract of Head Coach Henry Makinwa has been terminated by mutual consent.
Coach Makinwa who took over the leadership of the team prior to the commencement of the 2021/2022 season, has after due consultation with the Management of the Club, agreed to a mutual termination of his contract.
The Club appreciates Coach Makinwa’s dedication to the vision throughout his time with the club and wish him the best in his career.
Assistant Coach Yemi Olarenwaju has been appointed to lead the Lions on an interim basis till the end of the season.

Coach Yemi Olanrewaju will now take charge of the team in their next NNL game against Gateway FC on July 1.
