By Emmanuel Oladele - Burkina Faso Women's National Team has arrived Morocco for the 2022 Women Africa Cup of Nations which kicks off July 2.
The team left the shores of Ouagadougou on Tuesday few minutes after 2:00 GMT and landed in Casablanca around 5:30 GMT. The Ladies Stallions spent Tuesday night in Casablanca and will travel to Rabat on Wednesday afternoon.
Burkina Faso is in Group A alongside host Morocco, Senegal and Uganda. They will be playing their first game on July 2 against host Nation Morocco in the opening game of the tournament at the Prince Moulay-Abdallah Stadium in Rabat.
This is the first time the Ladies Stallions will be playing in the Women Africa Cup of Nations.
