NPFL: Abia Warriors Score Two Quick Goals to Sink MFM FC, See the Updated Log after Wednesday Rescheduled Fixture

By Emmanuel Oladele - Abia Warriors scored two quick early goals to compound MFM FC relegation woe in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Matchday 25 Rescheduled Fixture on Wednesday.

Ikenna Cooper and Valentine Odoh scored in the 3rd and 5th minute respectively to give host Abia Warriors a 2-0 lead before Adebayo Alabi got a consolidation for the Olukoya Boy in the 18th minute, which was not enough to bring them back into the game. The second half of the encounter produced no goal as Abia Warriors won the fixture with a 2-1 scoreline.

Abia Warriors have now moved out of the relegation zone and are now 14th on the log after yesterday's victory.
