Morocco 2022 Women AFCON Groups Announced, Nigeria in Group C, alongside South Africa and Two Others

By Emmanuel Oladele - In the 2022 Africa Woman Nations Cup Draw done on Friday Night, the Super Falcons of Nigeria have drawn the Bayana Bayana of South Africa in Group C.

The Super Falcons of Nigeria were drawn in Group C alongside South Africa, Burundi and Botswana. It's going to be an easy group for the defending Champions Nigeria, but will have to put up a serious battle against the Bayana Bayana to stay top of that group.

Group A, has host Morocco, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Uganda.

Group B; Cameroon, Zambia Tunisia and Togo.

This is the first time 12 teams will be playing in the Women Africa Cup of Nations.

The tournament will hold between Saturday July 2 and Saturday July 23 in Morocco. It's the 14th edition of the Africa Women Cup of Nations.
