Eguavoen Invites Lookman, Dennis, Osimhen, Ighalo For WCQ vs Ghana

By Olamide Oyetunji - Super Eagles Coach Augustine Eguavoen has invited Leicester City attacker Ademola Lookman, Watford winger Emmanuel Dennis, veteran Odion Ighalo and Napoli forward Victor Osimhen for the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers versus Black Stars of Ghana. Amongst the fresh players in the squad are Calvin Bassey of Scottish Rangers, former Golden Eaglets sensation Akinkunmi Amoo are also included by 'Cerezo' and the coaching crew. As expected, regular faces like Ahmed Musa, Samuel Chukwueze, Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Moses Simon and William Troost-Ekong made the squad while Oghenekaro Etebo is returning after missing Africa Cup of Nations due to injury. A total of seven players were added as standby incase of injury or other related issues arises before the encounters.
