Super Falcons Update: 22 Players are now in Camp ahead of Côte d'Ivoire Clash

By Emmanuel Oladele - Super Falcons Camp bubbles with the arrival of two top Goalkeepers, they are; France based Chiamaka Nnadozie and Maccabi Kishronot of Israel goalkeeper Tochukwu Oluehi, they both arrived the Super Falcons Camp in Abuja on Sunday afternoon.

Before Sunday, 20 players were already in Camp as Nigeria continue to prepare for the 2022 Africa Women's Nations Cup (AWCON) Qualifier against Côte D' Ivore.

Super Falcons Media Officer Tobechukwu Oluchi confirmed the update on Sunday afternoon in a post which read as follows, "Super Falcons Camp info: We have shot up to 22 players in camp , we are assured in between the sticks as our Goalkeepers joined the team early Sunday afternoon. 

* Chiamaka Nnadozie plays for Paris Football Club France.

She has kept  all 14 games so far at the club level and has kept 8 clean sheets.

Oluehi Tochi plays for Maccabi Kishronot in Isreal , played all 15 games for her team with 7 clean sheets.  Her team presently is second on the log table."

Nine foreign based players and 13 home based professionals are now available in Camp.

The first leg of the two legged tie will hold on Friday 18th February at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja, while the return leg take place at the Stade Robert Champroux in Abidjan on Wednesday 23rd February. The 2022 Africa Women's Nations Cup (AWCON) holds in Morocco.
