By Emmanuel Oladele - Premier side Brentford have completed the signing of Denmark midfielder Christian Eriksen just seven months after the 29-year-old suffered cardiac arrest at Euro 2020 in a game against Finland in June 2021, the Danish will now return to football with Brentford after seven months away from Football.
Brentford signed Eriksen on six month deal, he will be with the premier league side until the end of the season.
Eriksen was released by Inter Milan in December because Italian rules does not permit someone with Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator (ICD) to play in Italy.
The 29-year-old former Tottenham midfielder has completed all necessary medical checks and has been approved to return to football. Eriksen is fit again.
