2021 AFCON: Super Eagles Camp Open Today and three Players are now in Camp

By Emmanuel Oladele - The Camp of the Nigeria Super Eagles opened today Wednesday 29th December, 2021 ahead of the upcoming 2021 Africa Cup of Nation, AFCON, in Cameroon. Three players have arrived the Super Eagles Camp in Abuja.

Orlando Pirates defender Olisa Ndah is the first player to arrived Eagles' Camp, before he was later joined by Union Berlin of Germany forward Taiwo Awoniyi and Enyimba Goalkeeper John Noble.

Other players are expected to arrive on Thursday and in coming days.

Recall, Super Eagles Interim Coach Augustine Eguavoen on Saturday released the list of 28 players that will represent Nigeria at the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon. See the full list below;

The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, holds between January 9 to February 6, 2022 in Cameroon and Nigeria are in Group D alongside; Egypt, Guinea-Bissau and Sudan. The Super Eagles first game will be against Egypt on Tuesday 11th January, 2022, 17:00 Nigeria Time (+1 GMT).
