Africa: Six Teams already in World Cup Qualifiers Final Round

Following the conclusion of Matchday 5 and some Matchday 6 of African Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers Second Round, Six teams are through to the final round of the qualifier. All already qualified teams won their groups, they are;

WCQ FINAL ROUND TEAMS

1. Senegal - Group H

2. Egypt - Group F

3. Ghana - Group G

4. Morocco - Group I

5. Mali - Group E

6. DR Congo - Group J

Winners of Group A, B, C and D are yet to emerge, as other matchday 6 fixtures will be played today Monday and Tuesday to determine who win those groups, as four more teams are expected to join the six already listed for final round.

In the final round (third round), winners of the 10 groups in the second round will be drawn into five home-and-away ties. A winner will emerge from each fixture, and will advance to the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup which holds between November 21 to December 18, 2022. Five Teams will represent Africa.
