Africa: All Ten Teams in Qatar 2022 World Cup Qualifiers Final Round, Draw Date and Other Details

Following the conclusion of all Matchday 6 of Africa Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers Second Round, all ten teams for the final round of the qualifiers have emerged. They all won their respective groups, they are;



WCQ FINAL ROUND TEAMS

1. Senegal - Group H

2. Egypt - Group F

3. Ghana - Group G

4. Morocco - Group I

5. Mali - Group E

6. DR Congo - Group J

7. Nigeria - Group C

8. Algeria - Group A

9. Tunisia - Group B

10. Cameroon - Group D

In the final round (third round), winners of the 10 groups in the second round will be drawn into five home-and-away ties. A winner will emerge from each fixture, and will advance to the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup which holds between November 21 to December 18, 2022. Five Teams will represent Africa. The draw for the play-off take place December 18, 2021, while matches hold in March 2022 after the Africa Cup of Nations Tournament. See the pot for the play-off draw below;

The Pot 1 Teams will be drawn against any of the teams in Pot 2.

Notable Countries already confirmed that will be missing in the 2022 FIFA World Cup from Africa are;

1. Ivory Coast

2. South Africa

3. Zambia

4. Burkina Faso

5. Togo

6. Equatorial Guinea

All the above six teams were missing because they failed to win their respective groups in the second round and they are also part of the big teams in African Football.
