By Emmanuel Oladele - Ngozi Okobi and Michelle Alozie are the two notable names missing as Super Falcons coach Randy Waldrum invited 23 players for Morocco 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations qualifying double-header between against Ghana in Lagos and subsequently Accra.
The list include three goalkeepers, Eight defenders, six midfielder and six attackers. Topping the list of invited players are, Barcelona forward Asisat Oshoala, FC Robo new sensation Gift Monday, River United hot attacker Vivian Ikechukwu, Osinachi Ohale, Gloria Ogbonna among others. • Goalkeepers: Tochukwu Oluehi (Maccabi Kishronot Hadera, Israel); Chiamaka Nnadozie (Paris FC, France); Yewande Balogun (California Storm, USA).
• Defenders: Ayomide Ojo (Edo Queens, Nigeria), Onome Ebi (Minsk FC, Belarus); Akudo Ogbonna (Edo Queens, Nigeria); Rafiat Imuran (Rivers Angels, Nigeria); Opeyemi Sunday (Edo Queens, Nigeria); Oluwatosin Dimehin (Rivers Angels, Nigeria) Gloria Ogbonna (Umea FC, Sweden); Osinachi Ohale (Deportivo Alaves, Spain).
• Midfielders: Rita Chikwelu (Madrid CFF, Spain); Regina Otu (Minsk FC, Belarus); Toni Oyedupe Payne (Sevilla FC, Spain); Rashidat Ajibade (Atletico Madrid, Spain); Goodness Onyebuchi (Edo Queens, Nigeria); Joy Bokiri (AIK FC, Sweden).

All invited players are expected to hit the Super Falcons camp in Lagos on Sunday to intensify preparations as they face the Black Queens of Ghana on Wednesday, October 20th, at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos before the return leg which hold in Accra, Ghana on Sunday October 24th. Recall, the Super Falcons have taken part in different invitational tournaments to get themselves prepared ahead of the upcoming tasks.
