Rohr list Osimhen, Iheanacho, Calvin Bassey, 20 Others for Super Eagles' World Cup Qualifying Double-Header against CAR

By Emmanuel Oladele - Super Eagles of Nigeria coach Gernot Rohr has listed hot Napoli forward Victor Osimhen, Leicester's Kelechi Iheanacho, Calvin Bassey and 20 others for Nigeria's FIFA World Cup Qualifying double-header against Central African Republic in Lagos and Douala next week.

In the 23-man list released by Rohr, no inclusion of any home-based player and the list has just one new invitee, Calvin Bassey Ughelumba, Glasgow Rangers' left-back. He was born in Italy, but he's eligible to play for Italy, England or Nigeria.

Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi and Watford ace Oghenekharo Etebo were not included in the list, according report from the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, both players are injured.

The matchday 3 encounter hold in Lagos at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, on Thursday, 7th October, 17:00 Nigeria Time, while the matchday 4 will take place in Douala at Stade de Japoma on Sunday, 10th October, 14:00 Nigeria Time (+1 GMT).
