NNL Super 8: Results of Games played Today Friday

By Emmanuel Oladele - Two games were played in the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8 on Friday which are matchday 2 rescheduled fixtures. In the first game of the day where we had just 25 minutes of action, Gombe United defeated DMD FC by 1-0, recall that the game was initially called off in the 65th minute on Wednesday due to heavy downpour and Gombe were already leading by 1-0, though today's 25 minutes of action did not produce any goal, but Gombe still have the edge with their 1-0 lead. At full-time, it's Gombe United 1-0 DMD FC.

In the second game, Ekiti United played a 1-1 draw with Bendel Insurance, both teams are yet to get a win in the Super 8 as the conference last games comes up tomorrow.
