By Emmanuel Oladele - The Nigerian U20 National Women's Team, the Falconets thrash Central African Republic U20 Women's team by 7-0 on Saturday in the 2022 FIFA U20 Women's World Cup Qualifier in Douala.
Mercy Idoko opened scoring for Nigeria in the 2nd minute of the first half with a Super strike, and went on to doubled Nigeria's lead in the 5th minute. Esther Onyenezide and Joy Jerry added their names to the score sheet, to take the scoreline to 4-0 in favour of the Falconets, and to end the first 45 minutes.
Deborah Abiodun, Taiwo Lawal and Ado Yina scored respectively in the second half to complete a 7-0 demolition of Central African Republic U20.
