Heartland FC appoints Hassan Abdallah as new Head Coach

By Emmanuel Oladele - Heartland Football Club of Owerri have appointed former Golden Eaglets assistant coach Hassan Abdallah as their new head coach. He replaced Fidelis Ilechukwu who resigned from his position weeks ago.

Hassan will take charge of the team that have struggled in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) in recent time as the new season is expected to kick off in October.

Hassan Abdallah is the older brother of former Enyimba coach Usman Abdallah, they both played for the Nigeria U-23 in the 1980s.
