Aisha Buhari Cup: South Africa outclass Nigeria in Final Day Fixture

By Emmanuel Oladele - Banyana Banyana of South Africa on Tuesday outclassed the Super Falcons of Nigeria in the final day game of the Aisha Buhari Cup at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium in Lagos, 4-2 it ended in favour of the South Africans.

Michelle Alozie 5th minute own goal gifted the Mandela Girls a early lead before Motlhalo Linda doubled South Africans lead in the 18th minute. Salgado Gabriella scored in the 43rd minute to give the Banyana Banyana a comfortable 3-0 lead.

Vivian Ikechukwu came in as a substitute and brought the Super Falcons back into the game with her 47th and 53rd minute strike, taking the scoreline to 3-2, but Magaoa Hildah sealed South Africa victory in the 86th minute with a superb strike, leaving the scoreline at 4-2 in favour of the South Africans who held on to their 4-2 lead till the end of the game.

At the end of the game, it's Nigeria 2-4 South Africa, so it ended at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium, Onikan, Lagos, Nigeria.
