Vivian Ikechukwu came in as a substitute and brought the Super Falcons back into the game with her 47th and 53rd minute strike, taking the scoreline to 3-2, but Magaoa Hildah sealed South Africa victory in the 86th minute with a superb strike, leaving the scoreline at 4-2 in favour of the South Africans who held on to their 4-2 lead till the end of the game.
