Enyimba beat Kwara United in Aba, takes new position on the log

By Emmanuel Oladele - Enyimba International on Wednesday defeated Kwara United by 1-0 in a Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Matchday 22 Rescheduled fixture.

Reuben Bala's goal in the 31st minute make the difference and Enyimba are back into the NPFL top four as they currently sit in 4th position on the log.

The People's Elephants have struggled in their last three games, as they recorded three consecutive draws, the last time Enyimba won a NPFL game was on Thursday June 24 away to Abia Warriors in Okigwe, but a win over Kwara United has put the team back to challenge for the NPFL title.

The return of John Noble and Anayo Iwuala from the National Team has also provided some stability in the team. At the end of 90th minute, it's Enyimba 1-0 Kwara United, so it ended at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba.
