Leicester City Reward Kelechi Iheanacho With Fresh Contract

By Olamide Oyetunji - Super Eagles star Kelechi Iheanacho has put pen to paper with Leicester City authenticating contractual agreements until 2024.

Leicester City has rewarded Kelechi Iheanacho for having an outstanding month which saw him win the English Premier League player of the month award for March.

The 24-year-old scored five goals in the league and two goals in the FA Cup win over Manchester United and his efforts has been rewarded with a fresh deal.

Kelechi Iheanacho was having a year left on his first deal with the Foxes but the Brenda Rodgers tutored side were wise enough to pin him down before the Summer transfer window.
