ES Setif 3-0 Enyimba: John Noble the hero despite the heavy defeat in Setif

By Emmanuel Oladele - Nigeria League side Enyimba International on Sunday were handed a 3-0 humiliation by Algeria side, ES Setif in a CAF Confederation Cup Group Stage matchday 4.

Goals from Amir Karaoui, Mohamed El Amine Amoura and Akram Djahnit (penalty) in the 31, 45+2' and 65' earned the Setif based team a massive 3-0 win over the People's Elephants.

Super Eagles Goalkeeper, John Noble was the hero for the Nigerian side despite the heavy defeat. He made some superb saves in the games, most especially in the 80th minute when he saved Akram Djahnit penalty, and moreover dealt properly with the rebound to keep the scoreline in 3-0.

Noble was well exposed by his defence, but did very well to keep the scoreline in 3-0.

ES Setif dominated the entire game and controlled the encounter from start to finish.

The People's Elephants are now second in Group A with 6 points, Orlando Pirates currently top the Group with 8 points, as Al-Ahly Benghazi and ES Setif are in third and fourth respectively with 4 points each.

After the entire game time, it ES Setif 3-0 Enyimba International, so it ended in Setif on Sunday in CAF Confederation Cup Group stage matchday 4.
