Enyimba Star Proud to Play For Super Eagles

By Olamide Oyetunji - New Super Eagles winger Anayo Iwuala is proud of his sudden breakthrough into the Nigerian senior national team in the last international window.

Gernot Rohr issued surprise invitation to three home-based talents including Anayo Iwuala who has been one of the bright spark in the Enyimba's setup.

The 22-year-old took to Twitter to celebrate his two appearances which saw him wear the iconic number ten jersey against Lesotho.

"Feeling blessed and proud to have worn the legendary number 10 jersey for my debut with @NGSuperEagles Thank you to coach and the team for the support and faith."
