By Emmanuel Oladele - Following the conclusion of Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers, the date for the tournament draw has been confirmed to be 25th of June, 2021.
Meanwhile, the tournament proper will kick off on the 9th of January and end on 6th February 2022.

The last game in group L between Sierra Leone and Benin that failed to hold due to coronavirus antics being used by Sierra Leone to disqualify five Benin first team players, the match will now hold in the next FIFA break, which will decide who go through between both teams.
