Super Eagles Star Nets Second Goal in Consecutive Premier League Game

By Olamide Oyetunji - Super Eagles striker Kelechi Promise Iheanacho was the talk of town when Leicester City successfully traveled to Brighton and Hove Albion.

The former Manchester City starlet scored a crucial goal in the Foxes 2-1 victory on the road on Saturday night.

Adam Lallana gave the home team the lead as early as the 10th minute.

However, it took Brendan Rodgers men 62 minutes to find the breakthrough and it eventually came through Kelechi Iheanacho.

Youri Tielemans received a ball from Wilfred Ndidi before delivering a defence splitting pass a.k.a "Troway face pass or no look pass" to Kelechi Iheanacho who took a touch before performing a smart dink for the equaliser.

However, the winner was scored by Ghanaian defender Daniel Amartey few minutes from regulation time for Leicester City to move to second spot on the table.

Kelechi Iheanacho has now been directly involved in 10 goals [7 goals and 3 assists] for Leicester in all competitions this season.
