Kano Pillars suffer heartbreak in Uyo, Jigawa GS held Enyimba, See NPFL Matchday 13 Results

By Emmanuel Oladele - Nine games of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) matchday 13 have been played on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday Abia Warriors recorded a 1-0 win over visitors, Wikki Tourists FC of Bauchi.

On Sunday, Kano Pillars suffered a heart in Uyo against Dakkada FC, a game where they were leading by 2-1 in the first, but gave up their lead in the second half, and were again condemned to a defeat after so much hard work, 3-2 it ended in favour of Dakkada FC.

Mid-table team Jigawa Golden Stars held Enyimba to a 0-0 scoreline on Sunday, as Rivers United received a 3-0 thrashing from the hand of Akwa United.

At the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu, Heartland fell to a 2-0 defeat from Rangers International. 10-man Warri Wolves were beaten in Ilorin, 2-0 it ended in favour of Kwara United. See summary of NPFL matchday 13 results and one remaining fixture slated Monday below;
