Alan Shearer Features Super Eagles Star in EPL Team of the Week

By Olamide Oyetunji - Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer has named Super Eagles star Kelechi Iheanacho in his English Premier League team of the week for match day 28.

Kelechi Iheanacho was on fire for Leicester city in the emphatic 5-0 victory over Sheffield United at the king power stadium on Sunday.

The former Manchester City forward scored three times for the Foxes which made him the undisputed leading attacker in Alan Shearer's team of the week.

The 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup Most Valuable Player has scored ten goals in all competitions this season and has scored five times in last three outings.

Leicester city winger Ayoze Perez also made the team of the week alongside Luke Shaw of Manchester United and Eric Lamela of Tottenham Hotspur in a 3-4-3 formation.
