By Emmanuel Oladele - It's no longer a news that Plateau United team have been placed on a half-salary following their recent poor performance, yet, the team on Monday were able to earn a 0-0 draw at the Tarawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi against Wikki Tourists.
Both teams were unable to hit the back of the net for the entire game time, resulting to 0-0 draw.
The draw is a good result for Plateau United as they lost their first game of the season to Kwara United by 2-0 in Jos, but being able to earn at least a point in an away game is a good performance for the half-salary bound Jos Team.
On the other hand, Wikki Tourists signed a lot of new players during the NPFL transfer window but has failed to live up to expectations. A draw against struggling Plateau United is not a good one for the Usman Abd'Allah led side.
After the entire game time, it's Wikki Tourists 0-0 Plateau United, so it ended at the Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bauchi in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) matchday 2.
