By Emmanuel Oladele - Chelsea FC have appointed former Paris Saint-Germin manager Thomas Tuchel as their new manager, the German succeeded Frank Lampard who had 18 months spell with the team.
Tuchel signed a 18 months deal with the Blues with an option of extension. The 47-year-old spent two and a half years with PSG before leaving the club. He tutored the French side to a final place finish in the UEFA Champions League last season.
After Tuchel appointment, he has gotten to work immediately as Chelsea hosts Wolves in the premier league this afternoon, which will be his first assignment for the Blues.
