Paul Ebere Onuachi scored three times as Genk defeated Eupen by 4-1 in the Belgian Jupiter League to further flaunt their title credentials.
The tall and lanky figure found the back of the net in the 42nd minute, 48th minute and completed his treble of goals in the 60th minute to secure a comprehensive and emphatic 4-1 victory for his team.
Paul Onuachu has now increased his domestic tally to 18 goals in 18 appearances for KRC Genk as they further edge close to securing the league title.
The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations bronze medalist is still the highest goal scorer in the division while it was the second time in his career he would score three goals in a game.
Onuachu is reportedly a top target for many teams in Europe even with three valid years left on his current contract but the Belgian club will have a tough time dealing with offers at the end of the current season.
